Yogesh Chadha is a veteran in the finance Industry. He brings on a very deep ingress of solid relationships across industries. His rich experience is invaluable to Indus’s confidence building in clients and steady growth. Previously, Yogesh has served leadership positions at HSBC, JP Morgan Chase, Development Credit Bank and Riyadh Investment Bank. Currently, serves the Board of Mirae Asset Management and is a Partner at Basil Capital.
Manish is a Chartered Accountant, a young visionary and a dynamic entrepreneur having over 16 years of experience in various capacities in Indian Capital Markets. Before founding Indus he has served key roles in areas like “Fixed Income Money Market”; “Investment Banking”; “Fund Raising via. both Equity & Debt”. He has an extensive transaction structuring expertise, analytical skill to assess the investment opportunities, innovative ways of raising funds. He has extensively travelled and is a dynamic personality with deal making abilities.
Rishi hails from a prominent family business group, The Alliance Group, in India with interests
in
diamond, bullion and metals. The business group has offices in the UK and the USA.
He built Macrocosm Metals & Alloys, a copper extrusion business of USD 50 MM and forged strong
relationships with Arcelor Mittal, Bhushan Steel and Uttam Galva. He is now foraying into
infrastructure, real estate development and new age digital businesses. Rishi also holds a
graduate
degree in Commerce from Mumbai University.

Global Association of Risk Professionals and two levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst

from the CFA Institute, USA.

Ashish is management graduate from Mumbai. He has about 10 years of experience in wealth management and institutional relationships. Over the period he developed niche in Real Estate Sector.Currently, he is handling Real Estate Advisory Division of Indus from where he provides independent advice on commercial, residential and special purpose property both institutional and HNI.
Abhas is management graduate from Fore School of Management -Delhi. His aptitude in strategizing business development strategies is par excellence. He is responsible for Corporate Relations, Business Development and Mobilizing regulators/policy maker’s relationship for Indus and its clients.
Mithun is management graduate from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He is astute deal maker and negotiator. He is serial entrepreneur and has developed businesses in BPO, Telecom etc. His relationships, networking with policy makers across country and negotiating skills are highly valuable for our clients.

H.D.Khunteta is former director of finance of Rural Electrification Corporation and ex-CMD for
2011-12. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Rajasthan and is also
an
Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has over 33 years
of
professional experience in the area of financial management including resource mobilization from
domestic and international markets, investor servicing and corporate governance.
Prior to his assignment with REC Ltd he was the former Executive Director (Finance and
Accounts) in National Hydroelectric Power Corporation Limited (NHPC). He was also Non Executive
Director on the Board of the Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation, a joint venture of
NHPC
and Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Shishir Prakash brings with him over 10+ years of solid practice in Civil, Criminal & Constitutional Matters and Misc. He has been an advisor / mentor in Stanford Angels, Berkeley Labs, GSV Labs, Stanford Venture Studio, 42, IIT SINE, Alchemist, U First Capital and others.
He has served on the board of MCX, IEX and 63 moons and has led acqui-hire of PurpleData (AI), Move10X (Logistics), Jaypar (SAP) and Lambent (Mobile).
